Greetings physics students,
This page only serves the Fall 1994 Phys 208 students of
Prof. George R. Welch.
These are:
News Flash!
This is where I will put relatively important news items.
- Grades are now final. You may access your course grade below.
- The final exam is now graded. The statistics may be seen
below, under the other exams.
- If you would like to have your final grades sent to you via
email, do the following: Send a note to ``grw@tamu.edu''.
In the subject line of the note, put something like ``Requesting
grades in Physics 208''. In the body of the note, put your
last name exactly as it appears in the
class roster, followed by your student ID number. I will send
your grades to the address the note comes from. If you prefer
to have them sent to some other address, indicate so in the
email message.
- Problem 1 part D on exam 2 was graded incorrectly! If you have
an answer of 10 m/s, then you were correct and you should bring
me your exam to get more points.
- I have now instituted new office hours.
Useful information:
- Course Information. This
is very important information! If you read anything, read this.
- Syllabus. This is the schedule of what we
study when this semester. It also contains the dates for the exams.
- Homework. Nothing is more important than
working homework problems!
- Exam policy. These rules were
established after the course information sheet was printed.
Grades
are now Online!
If your WWW browser supports forms, you may now access your
course grades via the web. You will be asked to verify
your identity by entering your name and student id number.
